It gives me great pleasure to officially announce the launch of our Make it Work practice,
an integral platform of services rounding out CFN’s holistic approach to the workplace and its people. Make it Work cannot
easily be distilled in a short paragraph but in short, it is a range of inter-related services, including coaching, training
and organizational consultation, designed to harness and optimize the talent of your workplace. Our approach is simple and
maintains all those aspects of CFN that our clients have come to depend on—namely our high-touch customer service and our
commitment to helping you retain, cultivate, and reward great talent.
To achieve CFN’s vision and breathe life into our Make it Work practice, I am also pleased
to announce the addition of Trish Kyle to our CFN team. Trish, who will serve in the capacity of Vice President and Make it Work
Practice Leader, is a highly qualified master level executive coach, talent development strategist, human resource leader, and
organizational development specialist. Her extensive experience and deep knowledge of people and workplace culture issues have
garnered Trish a place at the table with top level managers and executives, for whom she has provided collaborative support and
counsel on numerous workplace initiatives. We at CFN strongly believe in our continued efforts of investing in excellence to produce
excellence.
Excellence, commitment to intention and a business perspective that takes the greater whole
into consideration continues to guide us at CFN as we grow. Our dynamic services within the Make it Work practice—such as
‘Culture Assessments’ and ‘Organizational Effectiveness’ will bring further clarity to organizations in pursuit of well balanced
integrated culture. Our ‘Talent Development Services’ support the development of the best, thriving talent within your organization
while supporting business objectives. For leaders, executives and up-and-coming managers, we offer our ‘Leadership Series’ to help
build skillful core competencies and resilience. Here leaders experience personalized learning and coaching, yielding effectual
leadership behavior essential in an ever shifting dynamic of business realities.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, every offering in our Make it Work practice is delivered
in harmony with our core values and beliefs. Everything we do reflects our commitment to people, the essence of the organization.
This philosophy, in combination with our extensive knowledge of human dynamics, is the essence of the CFN difference. Your leaders
and employees will grow through invigorating coaching, mentoring and unique professional development opportunities designed with
people and evolving businesses in mind.
Trish Kyle is available to meet or speak with you about Make it Work and how it fits in your
